Agreement to Receive Electronic Disclosures
This Electronic Disclosures Agreement ("Disclosure Agreement") applies to all interactions, communications, intake submissions, agreements, and notices provided by Blackbook ("we", "us", or "our") to you ("User", "Client Business", or "Media Buyer Operator").
By checking the acceptance box and proceeding with your application or brief submission, you provide your legal electronic consent to receive all Communications from Blackbook electronically, pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable international electronic commerce directives.
1. Scope of Electronic Communications
The term "Communications" includes, without limitation:
- All onboarding documentation, mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and fee placement contracts;
- Campaign parameter agreements, budget authorization receipts, and media buyer allocation letters;
- Weekly reconciliation statements, ad spend audit logs, and performance tracking sheets;
- Invoices, settlement notifications, and payment instructions;
- Legal disclosures, privacy policy updates, and terms of service revisions;
- Real-time application status updates delivered via Email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or the Portal dashboard.
2. Method of Electronic Delivery
All Communications will be delivered to you electronically through one or more of the following channels:
- Direct electronic mail (Email) sent to the address provided during intake registration;
- Real-time encrypted messaging to your authorized Telegram handle or WhatsApp phone number;
- Posting directly within the authenticated Blackbook Portal (Founder Ledger, Client Portal, or Operator Desk);
- Secure download links to authenticated audit vaults and signed PDF records.
3. Hardware & Software Requirements
To access and retain electronic Communications, you must maintain:
- A working Internet connection;
- An active and monitored corporate email account;
- A modern web browser with 128-bit SSL/TLS encryption enabled (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge);
- Sufficient local storage space or a printer to download and retain PDF files or electronic statements.
4. Updating Your Contact Information
It is your sole responsibility to keep your primary email address, WhatsApp/Telegram handles, and phone number up to date. You can update your contact information anytime via your account settings modal or by contacting the Blackbook desk directly.
5. Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive electronic disclosures at any time by sending written notice to legal@blackbook.black. However, because Blackbook operates exclusively as a private digital performance network with automated real-time audit reconciliations, withdrawing consent may result in the immediate suspension or termination of active campaign allocations.
6. Legal Effect of Electronic Signature
You agree that clicking any submission button, checking the electronic agreement box, or accessing portal credentials constitutes your legal electronic signature, having the same force and effect as a handwritten ink signature on paper.
